Your Reward

Aside from working for a leader in the apprentice training field, you will also be rewarded with a salary, holiday allowances and bonus scheme.

Annual Leave – You will receive an annual leave entitlement of 25.5 days based upon a full time working basis. Many areas of the company are shut between Christmas and New Year, and you may therefore be required to use up to 4 days annual leave to cover this period.

Bonus Scheme – Sellafield operates an employee incentive scheme (the “target achievement scheme or TAS”) which apprentices will be able to participle in.

Salary – Below you will find information regarding starting salary for each apprenticeship scheme. Subject to the company being satisfied with your conduct and academic achievement, you will be eligible to receive a pay increment after the first 12 months and each 12 months thereafter until your training is complete.
