• Provide subject matter expertise on Service Design into the Solution Design process by translating business visions, goals, objectives and high-level requirements into Service Designs and Service Models (including Service Level / KPI Design).
• Contribute to the formulation of IT service strategy.
• Proactively engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand Sellafield strategies, and how they will influence demand for live services.
• Undertaking regular reviews of all associated IT service architecture policies, standards, processes, and frameworks, to evaluate any changes required due to changes in strategic direction, suppliers, tools, and automation/innovations.
• Leads on proactively developing and maintaining all IT Service Designs and service models
• Supports projects by providing advice and guidance on appropriate standard service designs to utilise.
• Maintain the IT Service Catalogue, including Business (Customer facing) and Supporting (IT facing) Services.
• Provide IT Service Portfolio Management to support defining new/changed services and coordinating approvals and regular reviews of the IT Service Catalogue & Portfolio with relevant stakeholders.
