Starting Salary: £64,211 – £68,772 depending on skills & experience
Further salary progression available subject to performance in role
Bonus: Up to 15% base salary per annum based on achievement of Company targets and personal performance.
Location: Sellafield Site, West Cumbria.

About the role

Operations Managers at Sellafield Ltd are responsible for the day to day management of nuclear facility operations, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety, regulatory and environmental standards.

Key challenges include managing operational procedures, adhering to safety regulations and optimising performance to ensure operational targets are met. Operations Managers are tasked with balancing operational demands, maintaining a strong safety culture and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.


Your skills and qualifications

The following is required:

• Significant experience in/or supporting operations in industries such as transport, production, manufacturing, logistics and acting as a decision maker where appropriate.
• Significant experience of interpreting complex data to solve problems.
• Significant experience of leading/developing others.
• Experience in providing continuous improvement.
