Commissioning Support
Job Description
The Commissioning Support role provides a wide range of support services to commissioning and operability along with other areas of the business. Typically, they will be responsible for interpretation, presentation, assurance, analysis and management of information, systems and data to support commissioning teams/capability. The Commissioning Support assists with the delivery of activities within the commissioning team/capability.

Principal Accountabilities
• Timely and effective retrieval of key documents and information held within the commissioning document libraries/share-point as required.
• Develop, populate, and maintain the commissioning performance reports and dashboards.
• Support the commissioning teams/capability with the engagement of internal and external stakeholders including the development of the stakeholder engagement and communications plan to assist with routine engagement meetings.
• Support the development of data and analytics across the commissioning/capability.
• Support the undertaking of benchmarking with other areas across the business/NDA estate to support commissioning delivery.
Knowledge & Experience
• Good interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and change and adapt / flex to changing business needs.
• Continually strive to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a large range of stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data, report and ensure date integrity is maintained ensure compliance with site processes and standards.
• Knowledge of Assurance activities and processes.
• Knowledge of the business and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrable evidence of honesty, drive, and commitment with the ability to motivate others.
• Use and maintain specialist systems, programs, and procedures in line with agreed policies and practices.
Essential Skills
• Hold or be able to achieve level 3 qualification in relevant technical subject OR Engineering Technician (EngTech) status.
• Successful delivery of work in an engineering / technical / maintenance role.
Desirable Skills
• HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in relevant Engineering discipline.
