We are looking for a Commercial Property Specialist to support and contribute to the successful delivery of the portfolio of property, land management and real estate advisory services required by Sellafield to deliver our mission whether this be on the Nuclear Licensed Site or off the site in the communities within which we operate. You will support the effective management, asset management, acquisition, development and disposal of Sellafield Ltd Property & Land. You will also contribute to the team that manages one of the biggest Business Rates Hereditaments in the United Kingdom and support the management and the discharging of our wider Licence Condition obligations. The role holder will support the management of property advisory activities contributing to the Property Team’s wider provision of strategic corporate real estate advice to meet the needs of Sellafield Limited. The Platform Engineer (QlikView / PowerBi) is accountable for the strategic implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous optimisation of our core platforms. This role demands a high level of technical ownership and leadership in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand and effectively translate user and business requirements into scalable platform solutions. The position involves proactively making informed recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of system functionality and architecture. It includes identifying and championing opportunities for the adoption of leveraged technologies that streamline processes, enhance system performance, and elevate the end-user experience.
