Our Technical Risk Specialists deliver specialist quantitative risk analysis and modelling services to support informed, risk-based decision-making across our complex programmes and projects. This job ensures the effective implementation of the Sellafield Risk Management Framework by providing integrated cost and schedule risk analysis, enabling the organisation to achieve its objectives safely, efficiently, and with confidence. They also build organisational capability through training and support. Deliver integrated cost and schedule quantitative risk analysis models using specialist tools (Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis) to provide accurate risk forecasts that inform decision-making across Programmes and Major Projects. Peer Review and assure risk models of the highest complexity for Programmes and Major Projects to confirm compliance with governance standards, validate assumptions, and ensure outputs are robust and credible. Validate and assure input data quality for risk models, including cost, schedule, and logic integrity, to guarantee fitness for purpose. Produce clear, actionable risk analysis outputs and reports that enable stakeholders to understand risk exposure and make informed strategic and operational decisions. Act as a subject matter expert for quantitative risk analysis and modelling software, providing technical guidance on Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, and their integration with Primavera P6. Sellafield are currently looking to expand their Human Factors capability, you will join an established but developing team and will have responsibility for leading and shaping the provision of Human Factors assessment and advice across Safety Case, Design Engineering, Commissioning and Operations contexts. Senior Assessors will be working directly for the Head of Human Factors will deliver and oversee Human Factors deliverables; predominantly across the lifecycle of the Nuclear Safety Case as well as providing advice in other sectors such as design, COMAH, DSEAR, Security and investigations. The assessment and advice should be delivered in a fit for purpose, proportionate manner which achieves company safety standards and quality arrangements, and you will proactively seek and implement improvements and share learning within teams and within the wider capability.
