We are looking for a Commercial Property Specialist to support and contribute to the successful delivery of the portfolio of property, land management and real estate advisory services required by Sellafield to deliver our mission whether this be on the Nuclear Licensed Site or off the site in the communities within which we operate. You will support the effective management, asset management, acquisition, development and disposal of Sellafield Ltd Property & Land. You will also contribute to the team that manages one of the biggest Business Rates Hereditaments in the United Kingdom and support the management and the discharging of our wider Licence Condition obligations.
