We are seeking talented Physicists looking to develop a specialist career within our Radiometric Systems Group Characterisation team. The team provide specialist nuclear physics support across a range of radiometric Characterisation projects and to Nuclear Material Assay operations across site. Characterisation projects utilise portable specialist assay equipment that can be deployed in-situ to allow delivery of complex radiological characterisation services. NMA systems provide accurate measurement and quantification of radioactive materials and utilise a wide range of radiometric physics techniques. We invest heavily in our people and offer a variety of training and career pathways to truly develop our staff and support them to become true experts in their field. We are working on the biggest decommissioning site in Europe, meaning that the scope and variety of work is truly incredible.
