Campaign Approach
A new campaign approach is being rolled out to support the timely delivery of current and future post filling requirements, this will enable immediate vacancies to be filled along with building a holding pool for consideration against future vacancies. This VN has been issued in order to fill current demand and to create a pool for future vacancies.
Some jobs and professions may input their shortlisting and interview results earlier than the above agreed dates. Whilst we would endeavour to send out shortlisting and interview results earlier than the agreed dates if we can, this is not always possible due to the large volume of campaigns we are running coherently.
If the profession has immediate vacancies to fill, then an offer will be issued to the successful applicant. If there are no immediate vacancies, those applicants that have met the requirements will be placed in a holding pool for future consideration.
Candidates in the holding pool will only be offered roles for the positions that they have been interviewed for. If you have not been selected after 12 months, your details will be removed from the job in line with GDPR requirements and you would need to re-apply if you still wish to be considered. As per current principles once an individual accepts another role any other applications submitted will no longer be considered and they will be removed from the pool/process.
If placed into the holding pool, it is the responsibility of the applicant to advise if they no longer want to be considered. Similarly, if a candidate rejects an offer associated with the pool, they will be removed from the holding pool.
Please ensure that you save a copy of this advert and your application for future reference.
