For students like you we offer two types of placement: Industrial (12 Months) and Summer (10 Weeks). You won’t be treated like a student. You’ll be one of the team – enjoying challenging responsibilities and complex scientific, engineering, technical or logistical work (depending on your area).
Sellafield is the ultimate future-focused environment. The work we do here will take 100 years+ to complete. Decommissioning the Sellafield site, making it safe for the environment and the future generations, is an epic challenge for all of us here. For you, it could be career-defining.

You’ll be given true responsibility on major projects that contribute to our present challenge and future mission. Learning and development isn’t just for our permanent people, it’s part of our DNA, and you will have many high-calibre formal training opportunities.
