What inspired you to choose this scheme?

Interesting program, in a fascinating industry that is constantly evolving and changing, in such a way that would make a career an interesting and valuable experience.

How did your studies play a role in choosing this particular programme?

Having done STEM A-levels (maths, biology and chemistry), I had been able to narrow down the subject areas I felt I enjoyed most and excelled at most.

How did you find joining Sellafield alongside a large intake of other early careers starters?

Very different to 6th form college, but in a good way. The team is all very close, and I have made friends and gotten to know everyone very easily.
