Caitlin
Safety Graduate

“I’m originally from Wiltshire so it’s been a big move all the way up to Cumbria – and absolutely worth it! The Sellafield graduate and early career networks organise regular socials, so I have been able to meet a friendly community of grads who have also just moved to the area. This support has been invaluable and has helped me to form a great social circle here. Plus, having the Lake District on my doorstep is the dream!”

Omal
Technical Graduate

“Sellafield have offered me the unique opportunity to shape my own grad programme. I’ve been able to choose technical placements across the business according to my interests. Throughout these placements, I’ve had hands on experience across a huge scope of complex projects. My line mangers have been incredibly supportive by sharing their expert knowledge and experience whilst facilitating my training and development. It has given me a fantastic foundation.”
