Typical Roles and Responsibilities During this placement, you’ll rotate through various business units, gaining hands-on engineering experience. You’ll manage real projects with accountability for quality and deadlines. The work varies based on each business unit’s requirements. Beyond core projects, you’ll participate in STEM activities inside and outside the organisation, and there will also be opportunities for you to get involved with work outside of your direct project delivery.
