We are opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for those interested in starting their journey to become a Team Leader within Engineering & Maintenance Profession.

Essential Skills

To be invited to the assessment you must:
• Be a Sellafield Employee.
• Discuss your interest with your Line Manager.
• Be fully competent/fully accomplished in your current role.
• Have achieved at least meets expectations in your most recent end of year performance rating.
• Be willing to move to another facility or working pattern in a Team Leader role.
• Be up to date with your SQEP requirements.
• Time served craftsperson.
• Ability to obtain Maintenance ASQEP.
