Role Purpose –

Licence Condition 28 (LC28) EIM&T Schedule Team Members are responsible for ensuring that the business is compliant through relevant review and assurance in line with LC28 schedule processes. The role holder acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for relevant LC28 paragraphs (1-4, 5 & 7) in order to ensure the integrity of the EIM&T Schedules. The role holder supports the business needs in regard to associated legislation, obligations and relevant best practices.

Deliverables –
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure that the Maintenance Schedule is appropriate and enables the efficient delivery of business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate change control of the Maintenance Schedule (including PMS) to ensure legal compliance, including continued alignment to the Safety Case and carries responsibility for quality of the change control process for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Provide advice in the development of new and/or existing maintenance schedules and contribute to and deliver maintenance schedule reviews for the facilities.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure and drive LC28 compliance, coaching and mentoring where needed to develop future capability and understanding.
• Work in partnership with colleagues across the enterprise to drive improvements in LC28 compliance, systems and processes.
• Support governance and assurance on developing an effective maintenance schedule, compliance with Site License, legal obligations and the implementation of technical baseline.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience of operating the (CMMS) and supporting systems
• Knowledge of working within the requirements of Management System procedures for the management and control of Maintenance Schedules
• Understanding of the mandatory and regulatory requirements for the production of Maintenance Schedules
• Knowledge of NSLC28 and NSLC22
• Experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders
• Experience of delivering in a highly regulated environment
• Process compliance experience, providing depth and breadth of knowledge to act with credibility.
• Excellent people skills. Effective IT skills, ability to exploit Microsoft applications, M3, Qlikview and other management and data collection tools with the ability to analyse data

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of NSLC28 requirements, with proven experience in ensuring process compliance and adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Proven ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively, building positive working relationships and driving outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to independently prioritise workloads, respond to emerging business needs, and make informed compliance decisions.
• Demonstrable experience of working with cross-functional teams in a customer service capacity and liaise effectively.
• Experience in analysing and using data from a variety of collection and reporting tools to identify trends and support business objectives.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Movex (M3) or other Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and supporting systems/products.
• Knowledge of working within the requirements of SLMS procedures for the management and control of Maintenance Schedules.
• Understanding of the mandatory and regulatory requirements for the production of Maintenance Schedules.
• Experience of operating the CMMS and supporting systems.
• Knowledge of SEMS 2.6.5.1 arrangements.
