An annual bonus An annual bonus of up to £4,000 if you join us in a band 5 role. The bonus scheme for employees in bands 3 and 4 is based on a combination of personal and company targets. The maximum bonus for band 4 employees is 10% of their salary, and 15% for band 3 employees.
