Your Reward

Aside from working for a leader in the apprentice training field, you will also be rewarded with a salary, holiday allowances and bonus scheme.

Annual Leave – You will receive an annual leave entitlement of 30 days based upon a full time working basis. Many areas of the company are shut between Christmas and New Year, and you may therefore be required to use up to 4 days annual leave to cover this period.

Subject to the company being satisfied with your conduct and academic achievement, you will be eligible to receive a pay increment after the first 12 months and each 12 months thereafter until your training is complete.

Relocation Support – If you’re relocating here from more than 30 miles away to join one of our apprenticeship schemes, we’ll support you with a relocation allowance of £1,400 (£175 for the first 8 weeks) – we’ll also give you plenty of information on the best areas to live and how to find a place too. *Subject to meeting our relocation terms.
